I am in the office 4 days a month so location doesn't matter. I am not interested in walk in traffic because of my business model.

They are not competitive in HO ins. at all, IMO.

And the scuttlebutt has it they plan to go much higher (I used to
work for Allstate for 25 years).

They aren't here either. But, I can appreciate they may be elsewhere.
