After rereading the OP you are correct that he was asking for the best Americo rate, rather than best rate period.

While we are on the subject is there a carrier that has a rate lower than Sr Life's $39.51? KSKJ?

I just confirmed a PM I received showing the Senior Life Platinum rate for this case is not $39.51. The actual rate is $41.21, excluding Legacy. Including Legacy, the rate is $45.21.
