Getting back to the original question. Will there be internal limits or not I have no clue...but I can see not only the news stories but the congressional grilling that will happen when these new plans come out and a consumer hits an internal limit with a plan they picked from an exchange and the only thing they remember is no life time max on the policy!
I wouldn't be surprised that after things get rolling there will be new directives from on high, I say this because I watched CMS make multiple changes during a single selling season. My guess is consumers will have te frustration of dealing with the a DMV type approach from Government and any agent involvement will be tied up in CMS type red tape.
