Anyone else use Salesforce?

I am looking for some other agents to share ideas with about the use of Salesforce in the insurance industry. We have used it for a few years now and it has been great. Just looking for some ideas to improve our use and maybe learn something new.

I began using Salesforce a couple months ago so it is still very new to me. I'm still using my old client database and probably will not make a full switch for several more months. Feel free to PM me to discuss further.
