Has anyone used the company Voice Leads? They contact prospects with a voice recording in the county of your choosing and email you the people interested within a few minutes of their initial call. Cost runs about $200 per 10 leads.

They need to be a live telemarketer for residential numbers. Also, you want someone to qualify the lead for age, health, etc.before it gets to you.

Virtual Marketing Consultants, Inc is the parent company of Voice Leads. On their site they claim the list that is called has been scrubbed for the DNC listing. Is this still illegal?

Yes, it's still very illegal. Google "ftc ban sept 1, 2009" if you want to see it on their site.
