Try out Superior Access if you have a chance. I've tried both and the customer service there has been very good to me and most of them are really friendly.

I've read some people complain that they sneak fee's in (technology fee). Have you seen that or have they done away with that?

I think they have done away with that... just the straight rate from the insurance carrier.
