Anyone Have Any Problems with HealthSherpa?

I couldn't change my ffm password on the settings page, but other than that, no problems. It may have cost me an app but hopefully not.

I had the same problem earlier today. Kept getting the following message:

The page you were looking for doesn't exist.
You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.

Sent them an email, but haven't heard back from them. Just went in and tried to change it again and it appears to have worked this time.

Like magic I just received an email from HealthSherpa stating it was a "glitch" on their end and it has been corrected.

Didn't do many thru HS. Maybe 10-15 this season. Worked as advertised. However there is something that I didn't know. You can send your link and it works, but if you enter clients age, zip, and say select Silver plans and then try to email that link(thinking your info is embedded since it's still shown at time of copy) you are wrong. Client will see all that minus your info, they apply - you don't get the sale. Called HS 4/28 multiple times it goes to VM right away. Left a message still no respond of any kind. Tried few more times since, once got transferred to overflow cust service rep who said you gotta email.
Just FYI. Only send the original link. Don't mind 24-48h call back but no respond is not nice. Maybe things in CA works differently?

I never had that problem. Just make sure you are logged in when you create and email the link.

Bottom line... You have to be logged in and click "Link" or "Email" tab then copy it. What I did was just copy the link from the address bar, like I do with any other websites. A little strange in my opinion. :)

Hey guys, I am a new insurance agent and am reading great reviews about HealthSherpa.

I have a few clients with existing FFM accounts. Since HealthSherpa doesn't do account creation for new users, can I use HealthSherpa to help them for 2016 OEP (I'm afraid they submit through HealthSherpa and then they would have duplicate profiles, one from old FFM account and one created by HealthSherpa)? Or should I be using HC.gov? Much appreciation for your wisdom guys!
