I know that I've lost one to Penn Mutual since they use their regular WL to quote BOLI.
We were using SBLI (which beat Guardian and Mass in this particular case) and couldn't touch Penn.
I dont know if that helps but at least you'll have a few carriers to explore.

No, it stands for Be On the Look In.......whatever that's supposed to mean. Maybe it means people should be looking in their house for criminals breaking in or something. Yeah...that's probably it, huh?
