Anyone Heard of High Def Nation Health Insurance?

Wonder what Suis is going to do now? PPL is now Legal Shield. Perhaps she could push that. No license needed.

WELL THEY DIDN'T GET MY $199-

I had pretty much concluded that this would not be something that I would get involved with, and after reading some of the successive posts I was even more decided against it.

I was on the "Opportunity Call" with the Rep. from AWIS, who seemed to be a fairly pleasant and somewhat believable man, although he really didn't get into the nitty gritty of the AWIS plan. He mentioned that there were "upsells" that were available in certain markets, I am not sure if he meant that in addition to the NAPP membership and the monthly plan premium according to your choice, that you could purchase additional Major Medical benefits. It wasn't explained, but he did say that they do refer some business to their Licensed Insurance Agents. By this I am thinking that these "upsells" would probably be regular Insurance Policies obtained under either an Individual or Group plan, and my gut feeling is that they would not have been cheap, and that such individuals would probably wind up better of purchasing Traditional Medical Insurance through an Established Carrier.

I went to my FB page, and put my own personal disclaimer on and told the people that I had invited into the business that I had no intention of continuing but that they were free to make their own choices.

The thing that concerns me a little with this thread is that some of the participants seem to frown upon people who for various reasons may embark upon an MLM enterprise. Personally it is not my first or preferred choice, but in an economy where many people are looking at ways to either supplement their income or build a business- some of these type of things may be a viable way to do so. People who go into Pre-Paid Legal, or Herbalife or whatever the case may be...are not necessarily LOSERS- and I do resent the implication.

However, that is another subject for another day. I have learned through your site that AB Banker offers a good Licensing program- I intend to continue with this and pursue a Career in Insurance- even as a late starter. As a Baby boomer myself- I see a rewarding future in helping people in my age group obtain Insurance and protection for themselves and their families as they face retirement- and all the life changes that are associated with growing older.

Best of luck to you all.

"This moment is a movement. And we are in-line with the moving of the country - FORWARD!!"

It sounds like you made a wise choice not to get involved in this particular offer. Best of luck to you in your new endeavors in the insurance industry. This isn't the easiest industry to break into, so be sure to ask us how we can help you. And.... thank you for reminding us that people are searching for any legitimate and worthwhile way to make ends meet during this recession, including MLM concepts. I apologize for any offensive comments we made. I'm sure you understand that this is primarily a board for insurance agents to talk to other insurance agents, and our comments about MLM concepts were secondary to our concerns over poor health plans. Nonetheless, we need to remember that people read these posts for other reasons. Good luck to you, and we sincerely hope that you find the best opportunity that includes a quality product and a quality sales method.

I listened to the call, some things that caught my ear:

"They terminated relationship because AWIS wanted to require distributors to also buy a plan themselves before getting a bonus".

"Avoid the negative banter on social media sites, don't engage." Maybe that's why Suz is gone

"To get your $199 refund, they suggest you go back to your bank and request a chargeback to get your money back. Those that signed on initially, won't have to pay the fee again."

"One guy hocked his TV to join the "movement"

"Instead of buying a Blue Cross plan for $800, you can get an HII plan for $150"

"Instead of buying a Blue Cross plan for $800, you can get an HII plan for $150"

and you do not need a license to sell STM......INTERESTING....and some poor fool pawned his TV to get into this.....my word.....

Mega Life took it a notch up and all agents were told (legal or not) that any agent caught posting on any online venue would be terminated with cause. They called the internet a "negative poison."
