I'm selling it in Texas. Its OK. Network isn't wonderful, but thats a TX Issue.
From a broker perspective: its not easy to get an SPD (I want the details). But for the few I sold, the reports are solid, emails are consistent and correct.
The best way to get an answer is to tweet at them. Not kidding.

In Texas, it's Humana or Blue Cross OR Aetna/Humana (Off) if they want better network. No Oscar nonsense. % or Flat Fee, I don't trust carriers without a solid ACA track record on paying commissions and they are new and small so no no to you.
