It would be great there Daverain if you would spell properly when standing up for the company you work for.
There is a lady who works for us who is presently being hounded for $3,500 from Amerilife on a charge back.
The funny thing is SHE had sent Amerilife a letter last fall on them oweing her $3,500 in commissions!
Amerilife is a joke and has a horrible reputation among seniors in our area and most of what is in this thread I have seen first hand in a 2 month stint to sell one of their products.
Beware!!!!!

Welcome to the forum amerilifehater!!! I like your screen name- gets right to the point.
As an employee of AmeriLife you have recourse if AmeriLife did anything illegal towards you such as violate your rights under Title VII of Civil rights Act of 1964- covers an array of violations, includng retaliation. Worth looking into- there is a strict time frame to file and the clock is ticking. Start at the Equal Employment Opportunity Comission (EEOC) website.
Congratulations on having the courage to leave and welcome to the forum.
Trying to send a few of you a PM regarding this subject.. But cannot because I have no posts.... Bummer
If you are an Independent agent, Midwest Marketing is good and helpful and also LM Financial in Sacramento. Midwest offers good commissions and don't mess with you!

Okay, I just read a response to an earlier post. Why do you say that Midwestern is just Nebraska's Amerilife? I have the paperwork in front of me and haven't signed anything yet. HELP! I am getting more confused by the minute. How do I know if it's Amerilife that I am dealing with?
