I am trying to find a customer-facing appointment booking tool. I have looked at you can book me and calendly but I was hoping for some feedback.
What are you guys using?
I would love to see it added to MedicareCenter but I don't think it is on the horizon just yet.
We are losing our CSR at the end of August and her replacement just sent an email that she is not coming on board. We are now scrambling to find someone and I am in panic mode. Our office is tiny as it is only 3 of us and my boss does all lines so it makes things extra chaotic.
I would love to get a booking tool up and running to help new clients jump on and schedule themselves just in case we don't have someone before AEP.
