I have a lady who is in good health only takes a thyroid med. Anyway during her phone interview she answered yes to the chronic bronchitis question because she was treated for seasonal bronchitis last year. Amazingly enough she didnt disclose this to me during our conversation. I believe she should qualify for an immediate bene because her bronchitis was temporary and not chronic. My question is this everything in my bag right now requires an Apptical interview if I apply with another company are they going to make the same decision even if she says no to all the questions? Hope this makes sense thanks for your input.
