Asbestos Scarring from Youth, Takes Inhaler

I have a guy who takes an inhaler at night before bed, non-tobacco, who has some lung scarring when he was younger. He hasn't had cancer etc. and only takes one other med for high cholesterol.

Any companies who would take this inhaler activity or previous asbestos issue?

Is this for a Med Supp? As long as he's only using one inhaler, I don't see it being a problem with any company. What inhaler is it?

ACI, Manhattan and Sentinel Security are ok as long as not more than 2 inhalers. I don't know of any other companies that ask. Does his condition have a name? It's not COPD is it?

Sounds like Abestosis. It is not considered COPD but many people that have it also have COPD. It also elevates the risk of lung cancer.

Try Equitable. They only ask about oxygen. If not on oxygen, should be ok.

AmCon approved a client with interstitial lung disease without any problems. Shouldn't be an issue.
