Weak agents need leads. They are usually the ones with a base knowledge and know just enough to screw a consumer up. It ain't worth 2-4% to put up with that crap. Every "override" situation I've been in... it cost me more than that in time and patients to get them up and running. Fa'get'aboutit!!
