Does scrubbing come included with the lead-gen company service? Or do we have to do it ourselves and if so, how? software? or manually?

DNC scrubbing is not necessary if they requested the info until after the 90 day mark after inquiry.

There are a number of options for doing the scrub yourself, all start with registering at https://telemarketing.donotcall.gov/. You can download the suppression list from there and use the software at Predictive Dialers System, Mortgage Automatic Dialer, Make My Calls to do the scrubbing. It's a free program created a while ago without any support, but it works and is usable. Most dialers also have built-in DNC support.

Do you happen to know of any good scrubbing options to weed out inactive emails also? I've used lists in the past that had a high bounce (undeliverable) rate with emails.

I would also agree that using a dialer beats dialing by hand by a mile! Even if you are using a single line dialer. I am all about increasing efficiency and using a dialer absolutely does that.

For single line dialing I prefer the dolphin dialer. Has all the features you need plus I believe it's only $60 a month last time I checked...
