Auto Growth Ideas?

internet business meaning leads from your website and ppc or buying leads and calling them?

I'm referring to internet leads. I've tried pretty much every company out there. My favorite internet lead provider is Agent Insider. Netquote is also a really good source, but it's exclusive and not available in my area.

Agent insider is owned by the same company as netquote as well as insure me which I use. All are good but I like netquote the least

I don't just write auto. I multiline as many households as possible. Currently writing 100 apps a month total. Just really looking to drive my auto production.

100 apps a month is out of this world. You can hire producers and hire service people.

Yea, but did you see his other post on how he spent over $20,000 a month on marketing? :GEEK:

I am in charge of the marketing budget for several agencies. So yes, overall, we spend a lot on marketing. I would prefer not to reveal how many agencies I'm involved with, as that could give away my true identity (laughing kinda) My office specifically only spends $2,000 a month in marketing to write the 100 apps.

I have one sales guy, he writes anywhere from 70-80 policies a month. I write the other 20-30. I have a part time service person. And I spend half my day doing service and half my day selling. I'm thinking about scaling and hire either another service or sales. But right now I'm just enjoying making so much money because my payroll, marketing, rent and expenses are so low. I'm torn. Do more work myself, continue to make great money? Or hire more people to do work for me, increase production, make less money in the short term, but have a bigger pay off in the end. Don't know what to do. Been in business 4 months. So this is all kind of new to me. I think I'm going continue just putting in the hard work and long hours myself, and keep taking home the money.

Any suggestions from people 2-3 years in on how and when to scale.

Haha, I'm with you blue guy, that would be pretty bad if 20,000 only produced 100 apps. I shouldn't have stated a budget without clarifying what it pays for. That was rude. That number includes all office marketing and offices expenses from several agencies. I just have a say in how and where the money is spent. So if we take out office supplies, gift cards, paper, ink, phone bills, lead management software, etc. we are spending appropriately $12,000 a month for 600 policies a month. Not sure if that's good or bad. Just my experience.

I think those are great numbers than. So what is working for you, especially that guy who does 50-70 apps a month? I would so hire him if he is anywhere near me. lol. But seriously though, would love to chat with you if you are up for it. Thanks.

I have only been on the forum a few weeks. So I don't know how to use all the features. Private message me and we can chat. Love to help in any way possible and learn from you as well.
