Average Compensation for DI?

I'm just getting my feet wet in the DI market and am wondering what I can expect comp-wise from all of the main players - ie: Principal, MetLife, The Standard, Assurity, Mutual of Omaha, Guardian, etc.?

I just want to make sure that I'm getting a fair contract, so any input would be appreciated.

I'll probably be on the low end (maybe 10-15k), but I was just wondering what to expect, as I want to make sure that I'm getting honest contracts.
