Best DI for Firefighters and Paramedics?

I have only looked at MOA so far, and their policy is only for up to 5 years and does not have own-occ or COLA available. Has anyone found a company that offers a policy with decent value for this job classification?

Illinois Mutual will take EMTs/paramedics (without firefighting duties) to age 67 and allow COLA. No own occ, though.

You're not going to have much luck with the firefighters...
