I think this is underestimated and a good thought
seldom does the inflation hit the typical Dem voters like this will
and they'll be banging on the doors of the few Dems necessary to flip before repeal, defund, or major changes
they'll realize (probably shortly after their '14 loss or even a '16 prez win with no care of legacy) that this thing has to go or its a drag on D's forever
ps I know the history of once an entitlement starts, it doesn't stop would contradict this prediction, but im sticking with it

It seems to me that the states with the lowest-cost exchange plans decided, or were allowed, to release 2014 premiums early, for public relations purposes. The people at HHS and these states' Exchange Administrators must think that a 60% average premium increase over 2013 levels in CA and OR is a good thing!?!? They're probably really proud of how well they can spin and lie. But they're stupider than stupid if they think that applicants won't care about the high premiums when it's time for them to pick a plan.
That states that are waiting the longest to release carriers' requested premiums are probably the ones with much larger premium hikes.
Frankly, I believe that the OBAMA administration will call for a 13-month/5-day delay in opening the Exchanges to, "give everyone a little more time to be better prepared". He and Sebelius have to know that the Democrats will, without a doubt, lose the Senate and have to watch their ObamaScare baby be aborted if voters are forced to buy these expensive plans before the 2013 mid-term elections.

Too late to delay implementation. Voters will revolt. Obama and company have whipped up demand and it is increasing every day.
