Sounds kinky.I was doing some light squatting two days ago (after 3 weeks off) and felt something strange in my hamstring. I backed off. For the next day I felt a little twinge there, but it's gone away. Catastrophe averted.

I agree. I bought a bottle of MCT oil. Made the coffee taste funny and there was this oil slick...I'll just eat more bacon.Why on earth would a person ruin a good cup of coffee with any of that junk?![]()
