Well, I'm stronger and healthier than I've been in years. Mainly because I've been working out several days and Spinning 6 days per week. The Peloton has changed everything for me!

Interesting what effect consistent heavy cardio and weight training does for the body and mind!

I'm really considering doing Keto for 90 days, just to see what changes the body will make. Still have this stupid belly! Been really struggling with eating Vegan too, only seem to be doing it a few days a week now and then eating weird shit.

The question is, can I live without my Cheesecake for 90 days?

AgentGuy, I did it several years back and have been going strong ever since. I was a cheesecake and ice cream guy as well. As a matter of fact, In the first year I did Keto, the only sugary items I had were two pieces of cheesecake. Once on my birthday and once about a month later.

Burgers are not easy to part with either. I did a burger week in Texas with my brother about six months ago and it was wonderful!!! Having said that, my health and energy level are soooo much better now that I wouldn't dare consider going back. I truly believe it's an intelligent way to eat. That sugar is nasty.

Get magnesium and potassium supplements. Go to Duke University Dr Eric Westman Page 4- This is a Duke University Dr and is a good starting point https://www.dietdoctor.com/se/wp-content/2014/10/no_sugar_no_starch_diet.pdf

You can eat burgers...without the bun. I agree, I've been on it since last May and I'm a different person(though I still have the same name and I'm still an AssH0le). The main thing I notice is the energy I have now. I honestly feel in better shape than I did 20 years ago.

Give Keto a try Doug. If you do it, you won't regret it. :yes:

I've never got into the burger without the bun. I'm going to start checking that out. Do most places expect that type of order now?

No, you just have to use a fork to eat it. Well, I guess you don't HAVE to use a fork. LOL. I really miss all the things that are bad for us, but I can really notice the difference if I cheat much. I'm glad the holidays are over. :yes:
