BACON IS FOR CLOSERS...

Anyone here having a hard time keeping up a workout schedule since winter ended? :unsure:

Happy to say that I'm in the Gym at O Dark Hundred, 4x a week, and still riding the Peleton at least a couple times each week.

In all fairness, the change of seasons doesn't exactly effect much of anything in S Florida!

I work out 7 days a week for 90 mins a day and eat healthy . Without your health nothing means anything . The avg fe agent is overweight and unhealthy. Get in the gym by 5:30 every am . When your climbing 5 flights of stairs at the housing projects you’ll be thankful .
