Just checking in to see how you guys are doing with your diet. Any new updates?
I cheated on the carbs and sugar for a month and didn't exercise either. I only gained a couple of pounds, but I could sure tell a big difference in my energy level.

I'm back on the routine and can already tell the difference. Bacon is KING!!! :yes:

Which program did you end up on? I was thinking you were going to try Keto.
 
Here is my dinner tonight ... I call it a Knockwurst Reuben salad.

It is two grilled Boar's Head knockwursts, uncured and in natural casing, with fried onions and mushrooms, with melted monterey jack cheese and sauerkraut topped with some Russian dressing.

It is keto qualified. No added sugars and non-starchy veggies only.
Looks good, but I'd leave out the mushrooms. :yes:

That sure looks like mashed taters on that plate. :laugh:

I love mashed taters(and gravy)...I miss mashed taters(and gravy). :sad:
