BACON IS FOR CLOSERS...

You guys can keep your taters, turnips, and kraut! Easiest part of going Keto for me was giving up potatoes. Harder for me to give up refried beans! Hardest to give up donuts! I did find a source for bacon donuts, though. So that's totally Keto, right? :tongue:

Donuts ... OMG my nemesis and my first love lol

I love me some refried beans and rice.

I love all the carbs ... which is why I have to stay away from them. Seriouly, one bite of a donut and the whole dozen is gone. That's right ... the whole 13 of them ... including the holes!

The bacon makes it Keto. I guess that works for Pop Tarts too. :)

Which program did you end up on? I was thinking you were going to try Keto.

I just try to eat normal square meals 2x daily and hit the gym pretty hard 4x weekly and spinning class 1x weekly!

Grilling all the beef, chicken, and fish, then serving it with a big salad has become a very positive habit.

Indulging in almost daily sweets has been wonderful!

Whatever works for you. Just like selling insurance, there's more than one way(to skin a cat) to stay healthy. :yes:
