Bad Experience with Final Expense Bootcamp.com

Listen....how can I put this professionally....with most of the major player IMO's, even though they tell you they will release you....if you write any amount of business...THEY WILL NOT RELEASE YOU PERIOD!!!!

Gents, even if they(no one particular) tell you "SUUUURE, we release everyone. If you don't want to work here, why would we want to keep you?" You call whoever to get a release. IF they answer they will say something like "oh, I need to talk to so and so" and tell you they will get back to you. Then...you will NEVER get them again. Then, if you try to go to someone else there....NADA, nothing. So, be careful. Go with your gut is what I always say or start off with 1-2 carriers at first and see if you like it.

Spoke with him today and emailed over 4 carrier contracts to his assistant today. He offered me a great wholesale rate and was really nice.

After selling Health Insurance for years its pretty much a no brainer that you will have your carrier held up for 6 months if you have any deals sold due to chargebacks (its the same in that universe as well), unless your the rare person who takes it "as earned".

Adding 3 more carriers so I can try it over the phone as well.

I'm willing to guess that 80-90% of the new agents have bad exeperiences, judging by the turnover. Not just with one company or the other, I'm guessing it's across the board. We have a huge turnover problem in this industry. I think what happens is this: the agents do not really understand the "job" or career going into it, then when they go in, they realize what it is, and it's not what they thought it would be.

I think its a training problem. I managed a phone sales office for a number of years, Most offices have a turnover rate of 80% or more every 3 months, mine was 20% reason? I am a huge believer in systems and that the best leaders are the best servants
