The question on app only asks about oxygen, Would they take someone who uses a nebulizer and smokes, That does not use oxygen?

Do they have an UW Guide. Some compnies only mention a nebulizer in the UW Guide and not on the app. When in doubt, call them and ask.

YES ! Blue Cross has no underwriting guide. If you call them they wiil ask if they can answer questions NO? Policy will be issued. Any question answered yes . Policy not issued.
It truly is a yes no application .
They will decline for height/weight and there is a chart.
