I wish I didn’t have to my friend. Do you have this issue where you live? Bcbs has an awesome MA only plan in Minnesota.

"Awesome" or not, you don't have to write them. I had a client this morning sit with me and event though her RX is cheapest with a national carrier that has horrible service, I skipped showing her that plan and elected to show her the plan with the higher star rating and better customer service. I also told her why I skipped that plan. You could easily tell your clients that the administrative side of the company has issues that could cause them to lose you as an agent and then they would be on their own if an issue did arise, so you want to put them with company X instead because the service is much better.
