just went over a bunch of clients that arent showing and they have me as agent of record but the commissions department doesnt!!...they put in a ticket with my writing number to see if this can be fixed...anyone else hear anything?

Is this for the Feb statement or Jan statement?

feb statement, also asked about clients not showing up in portal as of today ..they said if not there your not getting paid .

new statement comes out tomorrow they say so well see what happens with that
