Has the company opened a claim? Have they suspended premiums? Will the policy lapse?
I do not think the company would or could contact the pope. Then again how would they know the bene is a fugitive?

Going to interesting on what they say. My guess is they will keep it open for a period then turn it over to the State fund.
I wonder if he can file claim and collect from jail?
Oldest claim I have done was about 15 years old. Child rider and the dad couldn't deal with it for years.

I think there are some cases for Johnny Dollar here.

I like UHL. Never had a claim declined with them. Their PHI people have been pretty good. Usually have a Spanish and maybe a Hmong speaker.
An FE guy tried to replace a 30 yr Rop term I have on client for 15 yrs. Couldn't touch it. Loved that product.
