Which FMO has the most to offer a producing UHC agent?

Make sure to read the fine print no matter who you choose. Some will have you sign their own specific contract. Read, read, read and involve a lawyer if need be. Some contracts are so one sided that you don't realize that you have no direct ownership of your commissions and renewals. Some will keep your book of business and renewals should you leave them. Guard your commissions and renewals and clients. Don't fall prey to the smoke and mirrors of free leads and pre-set appointments and weekly or bi-monthly advances. There is always a trade off. Remember that.
