You don't give the quote but not reading the whole post I would still guess they meant getting an MIB report with bad or unexpected information on it that screws up the deal.

Could be what he meant? I had one recently with MIB problems. Two companies said they couldn't make an offer because of not being able to get MIB codes on the lady. The lady seemed to think the problem was because she never changed her last name with SS at her second marriage.

Anyway the companies were wanting her to jump thru hoops to get the MIB thing fixed. I just put her with AmCon. The premium was a little more but she was fine with it to get it over and done with.

I went there with the app filled out for $500,000.00. The wife popped in asking about price. I thought she was going start pitching a fit as I went over the benefits and premium. And she did.
