Best FE Company or IMO for NEWBY?

The real "Fabulous 5" was UK's team that won the NC. Not a bunch of mouthy pretenders at Mich that never won anything.
I also loved how Rodman played on the court and you have to go no further than this season and Nerlens Noel before he got hur to see that kind of passion and all out play. Hell, he got hurt on a hustle play trying make up for a turnover made by another player.

Or you could go back to last season and Michael Kidd Gilcrest. No one has played harder than that guy. He was the number 2 pick in the draft with limited skills. Drafted purely on work ethic.

Watch Kevin Love play now. Those hustle guys are still here. We don't get to see them in college for long but that's the nature of the game today.

They where definitely not pretenders, but my point is they brought variety in the game and some excitement. Besides, if Chris didn't have his had up his u know what and thought he had a time out left in his back pocket, then we be talking history made IMHO.

The big thing was the chemistry factor, nobody, I mean nobody beats chemistry like the FAB 5 or the Flintstones. I grew up just outside of FLint MI, and all those players for MSU grew up in the same area. Look back at all the history in college or any college sport for that matter that grew up together and won it all!....That is something that FLint can feel proud of my friend since GM left the town in shambles. (You know, Roger and Me).

MINUS MSU, I would never have my kid play for any big 10 team now. If you want to talk best, I would go to Kentucky and show him how a real college works. That's my opinion on that matter.

Nice win JD. KY escaped today and barring a miserable performance in Nashville, may just squeeze in.
Florida really mailed it in today! No points in the last 8 minutes is ridiculous! KY's D was awesome but the Gators really blew that one with missed layups and unforced errors.

I'm glad for the win but this is what's so frustrating with this team. WE didn't play well today. This was an effort win. So where the hell is the effort the rest of the time?

I believe UK will be in the toruney no matter what happens in Nashville. Not because we necessarily deserve it but because the rest of the field is so weak.

Speaking of not playing well....Mizzou just blew a game at Tennessee which is not good for KY since that's another team KY is fighting with for one of the last spots in the dance.
Haith truly sucks.

I already told you that. He is tubbylite. Oh yeah, that loser lost today to a terrible Purdue team. That's 2 losses since they upset IU. This is his 6th season at minneysota. He has had a winning season in the conference yet. This was his best team there yet and he lost 10 Big 10 games.Yet the media protects him just like they did at UK. They are still saying they are in the tourney. What a joke.

All that matters is who's going to cover the spread or not next week... That's it, nothing else, LMAO!

I need to win damnit!

I've known Haith sucks since his days in Miami. Only he can screw up a team that had loads of momentum going into today.
We'll never have another Norm Stewart. Maybe Travis Ford will come back to his alma mater one day? I'd also like Kevin Stallings who is a St. Louis area boy and is a very good coach (and was an incredible high school ballplayer back when a couple years before I played)

MKG has skills. Inch for inch, the best player in college basketball last year. IMO.

Dude, I'm a huge MKG fan but it ain't because of the skills. he can't shoot, he can't handle the ball, he can't pass.

What he does is outwork everybody on the floor every minute. No plays off, no backing down.

I agree, he can't shoot. But he knows how to put the ball in the basket and he knows how to win. That does take skill. Not disagreeing with you, I just look at it different ... He was fun to watch though, wasn't he? The whole team really, so unselfish.
