****SBLI or GTL’s Sequoia funeral planning***

Yea. This is what I'm wondering. I use the everest on a client and they are legit... but Sequoia smells like a scam. The number on the insurance policy packet is a dead end too..

It's the same with Legacy and the LH thingy, FCGS. Ask any funeral home about those things. All they do is make a difficult time for the family worse.

My opinion. You can hook the client up to make a sale/have more "pain".. etc, but it's not very helpful after that. The estate planning is very hard for seniors to do without anyones help. Not worth the time I guess.. just sell more insurance.

Understood. Yeah, I am a life insurance agent. Not an estate planner or funeral director.

I know clients that have used those through other companies and have been happy. So good on them. Just not my lane.

I never found one that use Sequoia. I've been searching the net and calling the numbers that I've found and it's pissing me off. Dead end. I'm trying to find out if anyone even got a HOLD on one Sequoia product here. Since there's a lot of agents and IMO's that sold SBLI and GTL here. Most or everyone pitched their funeral plan when SBLI and GTL got in the FinalExpense market... looking for ONE just one.

Yes, some IMO's pushed that crap on their agents to sell.
