Best FE Company

EFES is a great company, so I have heard from these forums. However, you can get better contracts if you are willing to purchase your own leads!

I learned a ton from this forum and I like the opportunities I have found so far. Good luck to you!

Not exactly true. I'm not with EFES but did talk to them.

They have a broker program were you can purchase your own leads and get higher contracts. I was offered 110% as a newbie.

Wow that is sweet. Do they still have the same support if you go that route?

Depends on the manager. Some managers treat the lead agents and the broker agents the same. Some do not allow the broker agents access to the university or to participate in their weekly calls.

All IMO's are not equal. All managers within an IMO are not equal.

Sounds more simi-captive. If you want a company they do not have like Vantis, you can not pick them up? But you could pick up a real term company like Cinci or Midland?

Hows that captive? SDCLife asked if he could sign up with EFES as just a broker (no leads) but still have access to the training. My manager will do it, but only if u do all your FE biz with him...why would he give u his training and u do FE elsewhere?

Oh I do not blame him at all. But that sounds pretty close to captive to me. You can not contract with who you want, when you want outside of EFES. Unless I have that wrong. Sounds like a semi captive side and a brokerage side.

I am not knocking it in any way. They obviously have a good system that works for some people.

Absolutely u can contract with who u want, but not under HIS scenario he asked. If u wanna contract on ya own & ur not ordering leads from EFES then u can, u just Won't have access to the training, which is what he asked!

Depends on the manager at EFES. Some are micromanagers, some are not.
