Best Insurance Book to Read?

My favorite books are Google Search and the Forum Search. The index of contents is very comprehensive.

Lots of free stuff on that site... we use it to train our producers and partner agencies,,, so no membership or anything sold... but we do have some ideas worth looking at...

I am currently reading Power Position Your Agency. Lots of great ideas and info on building a successful P&C agency.
