I have a sup plan F client who wants to change to a plan G. He has an occasional irregular heart beat that is corrected in a matter of a few hours with a medication that is used as needed. The prescription was filled Sept 2014 with 10 pills. He still has 6 pills left. He also takes a blood thinner daily. Tried Manhattan Life but they said he has to go 2 years without an "incident". Any suggestions??

CSI Life, and as Josh said Oxford will look at it on an indivual basis.

Medico or cigna.

Not sure about Medico, but Cigna would be substandard.

Add COPD to the occasional heart rhythm issue and which company?

Equitable is okay as long as the AFIB has been corrected. I think it's called an ablation procedure, not sure. And as long as they aren't on oxygen the COPD would be okay.
