Just scooped up a pretty large deal to work on several businesses and do group health and such and my go to is manhattan life but I only get like 35% and was hoping there was better available. I obviously would want it to be a good plan that they would be very happy with too lol. Currently planning on Americas choice being my go to health product but open to suggestions on that too

Sorry, do not know much about the dental world. I am a wholesaler and do only group health plans.

What state? I don't do group but I have colleagues that do. I could connect you with one of them

35% is very high on group dental. Unless you are only being paid in y1 and have no or very small renewals.

Standard comp in that world is 10%-15% from my experience. Level for all years.

But those are true group plans. Not list billed individual plans.... which I believe ML is.

If you sell them list billed individual plans, you will likely get replaced in the future by a more experienced agent.

The key to group is to set them up with the best option possible. So it is very hard to replace you. Then you reap the benefits for the next 2 decades.

Congrats on landing that big deal! Working with multiple businesses on group health plans is a huge opportunity. Manhattan Life is a solid choice, but I totally get wanting a higher commission rate, especially when dealing with sizable contracts. Have you looked into UnitedHealthcare or Aetna? They often offer competitive plans with strong provider networks, which can be appealing to clients. Also, Anthem has some customizable options that work well for small and mid-sized groups, which might help you provide more tailored coverage. America's Choice is a good go-to, but adding one or two alternatives could give you leverage to offer more choice. Good luck with it all—sounds like you're really set up for success!
