I know Broker's alliance, and Gordon Marketing offer pretty good Assurity contracts...Maybe check with them

Premium, and long enough for the advances to clear. After that, Todd will be indebted to you for life. Or is that the other way round?

The good news is that it is just face amount. It does have to stay on the books for 39.2 years though.

I know what you're thinking and I'm thinking the same thing...why isn't it just a flat 39 years? Right? I've found that .2 years is just a deal breaker!
