Hi I'm still new to the business and wouldn't mind some help with this one. I've got a 59yr old male, non-smoker. Triple bypass Sept. '08, cirrhosis diagnosed in '07 - no meds currently prescribed, insulin dependant, meds for HBP.

Unless I'm missing something, it seems that he would qualify for Monumental preferred? I'm also contracted w/ Tx Life and Am Am, but it seems like he would only get ROP policies there.

The client is currently 7 months into a ROP plan paying $80/month for 7k face. This seems a little high even for ROP. Thanks in advance for the help.

If he takes insulin he is MonLife Standard. If no insulin he is MonLife Prefered.

The 2nd page questions ask about insulin use.

Thanks Newby. I should still be able to beat his current plan. Learning different medical conditions and treatments is definitely tough for a beginner. I'm sure over time it gets easier...

It does get easier. I would also suggest you get a copy of "The Pill Book" so you can learn what all the meds are for, rather than the client guessing what they are for. Good luck.
