Best Real Time Analytics Software

Any recommendations for the best real time analytics program?

We use Google Analytics but have to think there is a bit of lag time. Not Real time unless you keep refreshing the page. We have also used SmarterTools.com SmartStats in the past which is nice as well.

StatCounter, I think, is a good real time analytics program. It shows instant summary of the online activities on a website / blog. I have benefited from it a lot. You may upgrade it to get more stats.
