I put a site in there that sold for 7 figures (insurance) earlier this year and it was worth less than 10k.

Good point. But the site (siteprice.org) that you put up checks SEO and a bunch of other stats that would only be relevant to a site, not a domain (hence the name).

The advice to list with a domain broker is probably best.

Although I agree with the $92 price in this instance...
