I travel extensively doing life and disability; however, I would like to find the best setup possible to conduct phone sales for those who do not want to meet face to face. Ideally, I would like to send them a link by email they can click on to log in to see me live while also seeing the application and brochure pages on their screen, along with being able to fill them out and sign them right there if possible. For those of you who have had great success with phone sales, what do you use to accomplish this? I would appreciate any advice or suggestions in this area.

We use Join.me and e-apps. If no e-app we send signature pages via secure mail or to the examiner if exam is needed.
