Best Time To Call A Lead

Here's my two cents:

If it's a lead, then I have done one of two things. I've gotten a time to call, from the referrer, or I haven't. If I have, then my originating call sounds like this.

"Hi, Don. My name is Bob Levine. Joe Michaels wanted me to contact you, regarding (Health/Life/DI/Medicare) coverage, and he told me this would be the best time to get in touch with you. My number is 404-551-5339. Give me a call at your earliest convenience. If I don't hear back from you by Friday, I'll touch base then. Take Care."

If no time is given, then it sounds like this: "Hi, Don. My name is Bob Levine. Joe Michaels wanted me to call you, regarding your health insurance coverage. He said you kept yourself busy, and that there was no particular time that was best to reach you. It's 2:50 on Thursday afternoon. My number is 404-551-5339. Call me back and let me know the best time to talk. If I don't hear back from you by Monday, I'll try you then. Take Care."
