Biggest Single Day in FE

Tele leads is a gamble. Could be a lot or could be negative.

20 DM should easily get you 2k to 2500 average. 8 to 10k for the month.

Thanks for the quick reply, Ben. You're kind of familiar with the Memphis area, right, since your brother lives just over the line (one toke over the line, sweet Jesus, one toke over the line) in MS? If you were to drop 1000 pieces of mail around here do you know where you'd aim if you stayed in TN? Or if you looked at the multiple county tri-state area?

If you drop, Memphis would be what I picked just to make sure I got a good amount of leads back. But long term, I'd go to more rural areas around Memphis and work fixed price.

I'm familiar with it and I'd recommend working as far from there as possible lol maybe it's cleaned up but there are some areas I wouldn't even think of going even in broad daylight.

Bbowman23 in another thread I read you were talking about working the Birmingham area. Is that where the $15,000 production came from? If so that is outstanding. A while back I got leads from Jefferson County. Did OK, but I don't think I would door knock some of the neighborhoods, Ensley for example.

I had my biggest day ever in Birmingham a couple years ago. Wrote 8500 AP in a single day. (All of it is still on the books today). Lots of good FE prospects out there. Some real seedy areas. If you work Bessemer make sure the sun doesn't set before you get out.

I stayed in Hoover while working there with one of my agents. Nice place to have a good time after a hard days work (great restaurants, theater etc).

No the 15k week was Muscle Shoals Alabama. Week before that was birmingham. It was either 3600 or 3800. This week was meridian, ms and 4400. Looking at going to Louisiana or mobile alabama this week.

F2F or Tele may I ask?

To get that $3k day - estimate of the lead cost for that day / week?

Biggest day just over 6k. Wrote 6 apps for $4300 this past Monday. Sometimes the FE gods just smile on you.

I haven't had a week without a 3k day since the middle of July. There always seems to be one day when things come together, but it wouldn't happen if I was sitting on the couch at home.

I have a standing order of 50 leads a week. Sometimes I get a few less, just depends what comes in. Last week I finished with 18 seated appointments and wrote 14 applications for just over $9500. I worked Monday through Friday and drove 1600 miles as the leads were pretty far away.
