Are there any online resources that outline how billing and effective dates work for Medicare Supplements, both t65 and 65+ replacement policies? I want to make sure I am 100% on when/how it will bill them and when it will be in-force.

This is carrier specific, so any online resources will be on the carrier's producer portal. All carriers are the same when it comes to what date they go into force. That is determined by what effective date you write on the application.
