Blitz in Nashville, TN Mon-Fri

I go to cali and it won't be to work!

I don't blame you! I'm heading to Cali in a few months for some vacation myself!

I don't think I'll be making it that far East anytime soon ... I'd be happy to donate 100 leads to the next meet up to support the cause.

I think it's awesome what you guys are doing

Absolutely!............ ---------- THANX for the kind words! ---------- Yes, I went 5-7 and 2 Humana AOR's. I covered ALL my expenses (Round trip flight, $200/night hotel for 3 nights, rental car, leads, appt setters, food & ALL THE BEER I COULD DRINK) and STILL profited. More importantly got to meet & train with some good agents. And BIG THANX to JD for hangin at the steak house.

How do you train agents when you go to their town? Does one agent ride with you the whole day, or does the agent get to go on one appointment then jump out for the next agent?

How many agents can you train in two days in Nashville? I'm just interested in how the dynamics go when you travel to train agents, and what that means.

When I have agents ride with me they come to beautiful Indiana and ride the whole day and are able to witness 10+ presentations in a day.

Unless you guys do conferences I'm not sure how it is beneficial to you incurring the hassle of going to Nashville?

I've told Benny for years to have the agents come to him. That is one clear way to determine if they are serious about a profession in FE or not.

There are many people who lose 4 years of their working lives going to college, graduate with 50K in student loan debt... All for a 35-40K a year job?

That's why I think it is well worth an agents investment of a couple days and a few hundred dollars to make the trip to Indiana and see how you can make 3-10K selling FE in a day.

Plus you guys have little kids and families to boot! You guys are some FE gangsters. :)

I completely understand your point. There was an agent in KY and in Nashville that backed out of the lead order right before they started coming in. Once he backed out, there was several leads that continued to flow in that we are on the hook for. Me and some very close agents of mine decided to do a quick get away and go up there and work some of them.

I sent out an email and dinged about it to everyone. Matt reached out and let me know he wanted to come also. So it serves two purposes...get leads sold instead of getting stuck with them (at a discount of course) and also getting to train any agents that want to show up.

I don't do blitzes much at all anymore unless it is to save myself from having some leads roll up to me or if Brad needs me to go clear out an area for him like we did on the Louisiana blitz.

I am still up here and have 11 appointments tomorrow, but I am ready to get back home to those babies. I have a new one that will be here in the next 2-3 weeks, so I was trying to hurry and get this out of the way.

Very beneficial riding with Travis...worth every dollar spent. Agents still spend the same amount to go and ride with Ben or Spur...just not their home area code.
