I there anyone using Broker International's OnTrak software?
What about The Shield from another company?

What are you thoughts on it? Does it seem to help the client understand more and be more in tune with what they actually need and help in the buying process?

It depends, we don't use it with every person we meet with. It does help though and it is easy to use.
