Anyone know of a burial insurance specialty carrier?

got a client who asked me if i can get them burial insurance.

Seriously, Burial, Final Expense, Life insurance.. it is all the same.

I see you are in NY.

The FE players in NY are:
-Columbian
-Foresters
-CSALife
-AmericanProg

Depending on the age and health of your client would determind which one of these companies would be a good fit.

Foresters and CSA will go to age 80 on a level benefit policy.

If the client has any health concerns and is over 75 you have a problem, not even MofO (Companion in NY) will entertain the app.

someone approached my mom & step dad with this same milarky....I told them that burial/final expense/life is all the same & there was nothing special about what this fella was giving them.

But step dad is a complete *** &mom follows him like a lost puppy so that fella's marketing efforts may have paid off.....when I ask what they're doing they mumble a few inaudible noises then quickly talk about something else
