I just found out bbobman is married.:cry:

Maybe he is just mostly married.

I think this is the most important key to the leads. The guys I know who hit them from every single angle do the best. With all of the information that comes from the lead there are so many options.

Some people (for whatever reason) just respond better to certain forms of contact and some agents are better at each themselves. I of course want every single person to answer the phone but it's just tough no matter how many times I tell them to expect a call.

With knowing that the lead is both fresh and truly exclusive you are afforded more time to work them in more ways without being worried someone is going to beat you to it.

Someone PM'd me on how quickly we get them. I did a test lead and it was maybe two seconds from the time I hit send to it hitting my inbox. And another couple minutes for Lee to credit back.;)

It is instant for sure, there is no delay and no way I want to sit here and send out leads all day. You can go directly to the site to pop in a test lead, no ad clicking necessary!

Then don't buy his leads. You've answered your own question. You want them. Your area is taken. You are not willing to drive. Move on. You mention "your clients"....keep doing whatever you did to generate your clients.

No--I wanted leads in MY market. No confusion here. There never was a question about driving hundreds of miles.

I thought your whole point in starting this thread is that your other lead sources sucked? I was just trying to help you find a way to get some internet leads to work for you.

Omaha is only 2.5 hours from KC. Thats not that far, but to each his own. I drop 15,000 pieces up there, work my azz off for three weeks, write a truckload of business, and then don't even go up there again for another 6 months.

I didn't turn anyone down, I thanked people for the input.

Agreed--to each his own---I am not going to drive hundreds of miles a week. I don't think that needs to be said and we all cant put EVERY qualifier in EVERY post yes? Or every post would be pages long.

Thanks for the information. Will keep looking. Apparently the Net leads are not for me

Will post the returns when I do the TA DM leads

Jackson is good, Johnson doesn't produce much. I have around 12 counties (I think) surrounding the metro. I'm going to give all of them 3 months to get a feel for them, and then I may drop a few if you're interested then.

It would be worth it to grab a metro area or two within a short drive. I think Omaha is open. I mail Omaha 2x a year, and think it would be worth it to lock up Lee's leads up there. You could just go up once or twice a week with solid appts. I know Springfield is spoken for, did you ask about Wichita?
Have you ever worked leads in North O? 68104,68111,68110? I grew up in that hood. Every time I go back to visit it seems to get worse!
